- E-gift codes can only be used on new orders and cannot be applied on existing orders.
- Each code is a one-time use code, so be sure to use the whole amount in one purchase.
- Once an e-gift code is applied at checkout, it’s considered redeemed and cannot be reactivated or replaced.
- E-gift codes are not valid for quiz-based or Auto-Refill orders.
- Only one e-gift code can be applied at any given time.
- Returns will only be refunded the amount paid after the applied e-gift card (excluding shipping costs, which are always non-refundable).
- Most e-gift codes do not cover shipping costs.
