Recipe Q&A

Is this margarita alcoholic?
No — it's a non-alcoholic mocktail. Add tequila if you want the classic version.
Can I use canned lychees instead of fresh?
Yes. Canned lychees in syrup work well — just reduce the added lychee syrup slightly to avoid making it too sweet. Drain and muddle as you would fresh.
Can I make this ahead of time?
Best served fresh and shaken to order. If prepping for a group, mix all ingredients except ice in a pitcher and add E27 just before serving — collagen is most effective when not left sitting in acidic liquid for extended periods.
